A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at the time of booking in order to reserve a date and time slot for your photography session. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL prior to the session start time. The rates listed suggest a starting rate. Rates may vary once creative direction has been discussed. Rates do not include additional production/production items. Studio/Location/Travel/Tax fees are not included. 

Important Note on Deliverables

Please note that unretouched images are not included with any session package. Each delivered image is carefully retouched to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. If you require additional retouched images beyond your package, they can be purchased for an additional fee.

Client is responsible for covering any additional expenses. (ie: props, wardrobe, travel expenses, parking, etc...)Important Note on Deliverables

Client Preparation 

Arrive fully dressed & ready to shoot. If you arrive unprepared, the amount of time is takes to get ready will be subtracted from your overall time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 min before your scheduled time to allot for introductions and any look/outfit adjustment.

Payment: 

Credit Cards are accepted.

Reservation Fee:

A 50%  non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking. After receipt of this fee, we will reserve the date and time agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that date and time. For this reason, this fee is non-refundable, even if the date is subject to change or the appointment is canceled for any reason. The deposit will go towards your final total and can be paid through the invoice. A higher deposit may be required if you’re session requires a studio. If your shoot time has to be rescheduled because doing so would be unlawful due to a public health order, then we will apply that deposit in full to a new appointment after the order has expired.

Commercial Use:

All images created under these rates are for personal use only (except for independent artists, contractors and small business people). If you wish to commission images for a business, please contact obi@obiophotos.com for a quote.

Retouching:

If you request additional changes you will be charged $20-$50 each additional round of retouching, dependent upon the complexity. We will do our best to make any changes you request.

Late Policy

• Over 30 min late will result in cancellation without refund.

OVERTIME RATES: Each additional hour past the agreed-upon time frame of shooting will result in a $150/hr fee added to the session rate.
